Seeking a full time manager for 75’ luxury catamaran offering nightly sunset sails, special events and hourly charters from the Historic Seaport in Key West. 40 hour schedule, typically Mon-Fri 8 to 5 but will vary as required, especially the first 30 days during training as successful applicant will need to shadow all positions and types of deliverables to gain a thorough understanding of established processes and procedures. Competitive salary plus performance bonuses; live aboard quarters a possibility for a single person, one friendly boat dog considered. We’re looking for a mature, dedicated, dependable individual with a proven track record of great customer service and employee management who will compliment and enhance our amazing team. Love of sailing and boating experience is a big bonus. Specific duties include hiring/firing/onboarding and crew hospitality training; monthly/weekly scheduling of crew and support staff to meet reservation demands; regular monitoring and updating of booking software; bi-weekly payroll preparation; quartermaster/provisioning and inventory management; account management/bookkeeping in Quicken and providing monthly reports and analysis; daily management of crew and task assignments; and Concierge and partner outreach, payment distribution and program management; among other duties as needed. Must be able to pass a drug test and be fully vaccinated. Person already in the keys preferred, starting date first week of March or earlier.
